On Saturday April 19 NCVV’s Board celebrated Earth Day with a shredding event, free trees, and an opportunity to donate food for those in need.
NCVV Board members, neighbors and other stakeholders joined City Councilman Adrin Nazarian, US Congresswoman Luz Rivas, State Assemblymember Nick Schulz and Senior Lead Officer Rob Benavidez as hundreds dropped off documents for shredding, adopted trees and donated food to the North Hollywood Interfaith Food Pantry.
The City Clerk’s office was also on hand to register voters for the 2025 NCVV Election. More than forty people took advantage of the opportunity to certify that they can vote in this year’s election.
The day was also an opportunity to honor Jeff Camp, CD2 field deputy from 2019 to 2024. The Board recognized his long time commitment to the stakeholders of Valley Village by proclaiming April 19, 2025 Jeff Camp Day in Valley Village.
