Get ready to vote for your Neighborhood Council Valley Village Board of Directors on June 22 at Faith Presbyterian Church. Eight Director seats are up for election.

You may vote in person or request a vote by mail ballot by June 3.

It has come to the attention of the Elections Committee that some stakeholders are having trouble requesting vote by mail ballots.

You can download a form to request your ballot using the QR code below, print the form, complete and send to the address on the form with documentation that you qualify to vote as a stakeholder in Valley Village. The city will mail a ballot to you. Once you receive your, ballot fill it out and return by mail before June 22. Or you can drop off your completed ballot on election day June 22 at – Faith Presbyterian Church, 5000 Colfax Avenue.

Required Voter Documentation

In order to vote in the Neighborhood Council Valley Village election, you must provide proof that you are a stakeholder in Valley Village. Anyone who lives, works or owns property in Valley Village is eligible to vote in this election. Your vote by mail application must include proof that you live, work or own property. This can be a copy of your ID (drivers license, passport) and a mortgage statement, rental bill, or utility bill.

If you work in Valley Village a copy of your paystub is acceptable.

Persons may also qualify to vote if they are a Community Interest Stakeholder – someone who has an ongoing relationship with a non-profit or religious community-based organization located in Valley Village. If you worship in Valley Village, or participate in activities of a non- profit located in Valley Village, and you’ve been participating for more than six months, you may vote as a Community Interest Stakeholder by sending in a statement from that organization that you are part of their activities.
