We had a great turnout for the Laurel Canyon Clean Up this past Saturday. Thirty-eight people participated, including NCVV Board Members Ginny Hatfield, Marc Woershing, Natalie Svinder, Sylvie, Danny Jordan, and Suzanne Lewis.

Special thanks to Councilmember Adrin Nazarian, Field Deputy Ben Kwok, three CD2 interns, Jose Galdamez with DONE, Tim and Kathy Thornton, and Ellen Wilheim with VVRA. Thanks to all the volunteers, we successfully filled a truckload of trash, including a tire.

We would also like to give a shout-out to Ginny and Sylvie for cleaning up the Gateway Sign, and to Joe Peep’s for providing the pizza. It was a great day for Valley Village and CD2.
