In Memory of Dale Liebowitz-Neglia
Dale Liebowitz-Neglia, a ten-year board member of NCVV, passed away in October after a long and heroic battle against cancer. Like many of the thousands who are part of Neighborhood Councils, Dale originally interacted with NCVV through a planning issue, organizing her neighbors to protest the scale of a planned project.
Tree Removal to Begin at North Hollywood High
LAUSD has provided notification regarding the 14 trees that are scheduled to be removed during the fall of 2019 as part of the initial construction phase of the Comprehensive Modernization Project for North Hollywood High School.
