The event is free and open to the public. Topics and speakers are especially geared towards board members and committee members of the City’s 99 Neighborhood Councils, but any stakeholders with a desire to improve their neighborhoods or learn more about the City and its operations are welcome to participate.
It is produced by the volunteers on the Congress of Neighborhoods Planning Committee with support from the City’s Department of Neighborhood Empowerment, the Congress of Neighborhoods has brought together leaders from throughout the City for over 12 years to learn, support, and lead together.
