Valley Village residents came together on Saturday June 7 to celebrate the retirement of Senior Lead Officer Rob Benavidez.
On Saturday April 19 NCVV's Board celebrated Earth Day with a shredding event, free trees, and an opportunity to donate food for those in need. NCVV Board members, neighbors and other stakeholders joined City Councilman Adrin Nazarian, US Congresswoman Luz Rivas, State Assemblymember Nick Schulz and Senior Lead Officer Rob Benavidez as hundreds dropped off documents for shredding, adopted trees and donated food to the North Hollywood Interfaith Food Pantry.

Members of NCVV's Board of Directors and Student Committee joined area residents and other stakeholders to meet with some of LAPD's finest on Saturday March 15. Senior Lead Officer Rob Benevides and other officers spent the morning discussing public safety and policing over coffee and baked goods.
NCVV has been hosting CERT training for almost 20 years, and has more than 400 graduates over that period of time.
Community input will be critical for the Park Needs Assessment, and RAP is inviting members of the community to join engagement events, fill out surveys, and share their park needs.
Get an up close look at the LAPD and various facets of law enforcement. Students will learn about about police operations, such as Special Weapons and Tactics, Homicide Investigations, Human Trafficking, Hate Crimes and Gang Awareness. The community can participate February 27-April 10. Apply now!
