With over 100 meetings in 2019, and countless more hours answering calls, returning emails, attending city hearings and advocating to city departments on behalf of our stakeholders, we’ve worked tirelessly to support our community. Dale Liebowitz-Neglia, a ten-year board member of NCVV, passed away in October after a long and heroic battle against cancer. Like many of the thousands who are part of Neighborhood Councils, Dale originally interacted with NCVV through a planning issue, organizing her neighbors to protest the scale of a planned project.
