Your Board of Directors and the NCVV City Services Committee present a half day Disaster Awareness Course (DAC) led by LAFD Captain Stacy Gerlich. The 3-hour training will help you know how to prepare for an emergency – including earthquakes – and offer valuable instruction on search & rescue, first response, personal safety and triage/first aid. At the end of the training, you will know how to make a survival kit for your family and develop an emergency response plan to keep them safe.
The training will be held at Temple Beth Hillel, in the Mercaz Room, 12326 Riverside Drive. Seats are limited – to RSVP contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 818-424-4440.
