On Wednesday April 5, a special public ceremony marked the ground breaking of NoHo West, the mixed use development that will bring much needed shopping, dining and residential opportunities to the former site of Macy’s, on Laurel Canyon Boulevard at Oxnard. The 30-month project will construct over 600 residences, a multiplex theater, a grocery store and many retail opportunities that will benefit the entire southeast San Fernando Valley.
