Once again this year NCVV is partnering with Faith Presbyterian Church to support Halloween Happenings 2016, a community-based celebration of the Halloween season. Join us for tricks and treats, a costume contest, other great games for kids and even a haunted house! The GHOULISH festivities will be held in the Social Hall of the Church, 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on October 29. Please bring a can of food for our Holiday Food Drive!
