The governing body of the Neighborhood Council Valley Village shall consist of the following 15 members elected by the stakeholders of Valley Village.

Board Composition: All 15 Board members shall be elected at large from the community and represent the following stakeholder interest groups:
1 - Educational Community
1 - Faith Based Community
1 - Community Based Senior Organization
1 - Community Service Based Organization
1 - Cultural Organization
1 - At large representative
3 - Business Owners/Representatives
3 - Renters (inclusive of apartment, condo and single-family dwellings)
3 - Residential homeowners (inclusive of condo owners)
